Omana North Apartment is a modern building comprised of 63 apartments over nine storeys with a separate carpark at level B1.
Nelligan Consulting Engineers was engaged as the independent third-party passive fire inspector.
The value brought to the project was from assistance in obtaining compliant and tested systems and full support on all matters related to Passive Fire Protection.
